My story

In March 2022 I fell down the stairs, I went to the emergency and had a contusion on his back bone with pain meds I was told with time it would heal. Within 2 weeks of that fall I became weaker, more in pain, zero appetite, lost weight and my face colour changed. I headed back to the emergency, this time 4 days sitting at the emergency test after test, I got the most news I never expected to hear. March 18th 2022 my life completely changed forever. at the age of 38 a father of 2 young children I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma a type of blood cancer that only 10% of people diagnosed with multiple myeloma are under 50 yrs old, and 2% of people are under the age of 40. The shock of those words and even hearing about this cancer were the imaginable,words can not express that gut wrenching feeling hearing that news that day.
