Their Story
My Story
Marell was initially diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at 19 and proceeded with a 2.5 year treatment. 3 years ago she completed what was supposed to be a 90 per cent curable treatment. Since then she worked hard to reintegrate into university, work, and was an active speaker for the Terry Fox Foundation. Despite her hard work, determination and strength she recently relapsed and is in desperate need of a stem cell transplant. In the entire worldwide stem cell registry, Marell does not have a match.
